What is the new immigration Law?

Earlier, there was a preference for German or EU citizens over the third nation in the Job market. Later, the authorities realized that the shortage couldn’t be sorted out by these two groups. As per the new regulation implemented on 1st March 2020, the job market of the skilled workers is open for all irrespective of their nationality.

Who is Skilled Worker?

A skilled worker may either completed professional training or who have completed academic training.

  1. Professional training must be min two years, and it must be equivalent to the German Vocational Education. The foreign diploma must be officially recognized (Anerkennung) by the competent au authority in Germany, and they will be issuing an equivalency certificate.
