(hereinafter “DE-S”) is an English-language based  consulting service company working from Germany acting as a third party in providing service and assistance for different individuals and companies in Asia and Europe mainly in English. It is operational in Germany and other parts of Europe as per the requirement of the client.

If you continue to browse and use this Website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which may be changed by DE-S. The term "DE-S" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of this website, whose registered office is in Berlin, Germany.

General rules

• If you are a job seeker, any resume or application information that you submit through the websites is subject to the websites' privacy policy.
• DE-S does not conduct a background check of its users and does not verify any statement from its users. Therefore, DE-S shall not be liable for any user’s behaviour.

Comments policy

Comments - just like articles, reviews, photos, captions, videos etc. - containing or linking to:

• offensive / abusive / hateful / threatening language
• humiliation
• sexual violence
• discriminatory treatment
• commercial advertising / spam
• racism and / or homophobia
• trolling
• pornography
• gambling
• personal information of others
• political interests
• more than four links will be immediately edited or deleted.
• All comments are the responsibility of the commenter.
• Repetitive posts and / or extensive distribution including but not limited to commercials, emails, chain letters, messages in users' inbox of the same content is strictly prohibited.
• DE-S, administrators and / or the editor reserve the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments. They also have the right to block access to any one or group from commenting or from the entire website.
• Violation of this Comments Policy may result in blocking from future access and / or commenting on this website.
• If comments do not appear in a reasonable time period and these comment policies have not been violated, please contact [email protected]

Security Policy

DE-S seeks to use reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal Information under DE-S Terms. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. In addition, please note that emails, messages sent via your web browser, and other similar means of communication with other users, are not encrypted. We strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential or sensitive information through these means. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Editing rights Policy

• Submission of material implies that it is not being considered for publication or soon to be submitted elsewhere. This excludes writers' personal blogs and / or websites.
• Copyrighted content should not be posted without express (written) permission. Quoting material must at least be accompanied with an attribution.
• Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material under copyright.
• DE-S reserves the right to edit - heavily if necessary - submitted material. If substantial editing is required, edited material is returned back for review.
• If any mistakes arise from the side of DE-S please report as back in [email protected], steps to rectify the mistakes will be overlooked at the earliest.

Notes

• DE-S retains the right to notify the proper authorities when the law has been broken.
• DE-S Media has the option, but not the obligation, to publish any submitted material. DE-S Media reserves the right to decide what material is or is not to be published on the DE-S Websites and its social media network.
• Every effort is made to keep the websites up and running smoothly. However, DE-S takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the websites being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
